Required Skill and Knowledge:
- Minimum 4 year outside sales experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of PC/Business computer software/Internet.
- Strong technical communication skill preferred.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferable, but a track record of superior sales performance is most important.
Job Description:
- Generate sales of Hisco DVR, Cameras, IP products to Western Canadian Security Systems Integrators
- Establish rapport and maintain contact with existing clients and potential clients.
- Co-ordinate for the sales demos and any kind of pre-sales support.
- Conduct limited market research related to the identification and location of target markets.
Base Salary: We offer competitive salaries/commission and a strong benefits package. negotiated.
Bonus: Effective upon satisfactory completion of the 90-day probationary period, and based upon the goals and objectives agreed to in the performance development planning process with your manager, you will be eligible for a bonus. The bonus plan will be prorated for this year. The plan for this year and beyond will be based on the formula determined by the company for that year.
Non-Compete Agreement: Our standard non-compete agreement must be signed prior to start.

Vacation: 3 weeks per year, plus personal days per company policy. This benefit is prorated for this year.
